Hello All and thanks for your input in advance... I am interested in building a custom home. I am looking to spend $200K on the actual building of the house, with a end value of the house and property at $350K. Has anyone worked with a custom home builder in Rio Rancho or Albuquerque who will use my ideas to build a beautiful tuscan-themed home in Rio Rancho?

I can't recommend any home builders (I know, I know, then why am I answering), but I thought it would help to know some of the home builders that are already in the area that are making an impact: 1) KB Homes 2) Centex 3) Lee Michael Homes 4) John Kaltenbach Homes 5) Panorama Homes 6) Bentley Custom Homes 7) Lone Mesa Homes Do a search for these and you should have a good start.
