How to save chile from going bad? Kurt Schultz 7-5-07
I bought some green chile from a friend of mine when he visited albuquerque but it is going bad. The stuff was expensive and I don't want the rest to go bad, how can I preserve it? Will it freeze well?

If not already in a freezer bag, you can put the chile in one, and then freeze it. It will be no worse for wear.
